Hip Hop Fitness: Come join us as we work up a sweat while learning some sweet dance moves! Using the latest songs on the hip hop scene, we will dance and work out all at the same time. This class can be fast-paced, but we repeat some songs throughout the session, giving you a chance to really practice and get to know them. Some moves may include jumping, fast feet movements, and lunging. Be ready to work it!
Dance Fitness: Let’s get these bodies moving! We love music, we love dancing, and we love laughing too! Come to this class if you’re wanting to keep active, meet people, smile, and have some fun. This is a slow to medium-paced workout similar to a jazzercize class. We will work on moving with rhythm and maintaining range of motion in our major muscle groups. A nice way to break up the day!
Boy’s Fitness & Health Class: This class will focus on teaching skills for life, as we will teach fundamentals of human movement and some basics of nutrition. Participants will use their body weight to engage in large motor activities that will help them improve their health and well-being.
Quick Fit: This is a low-impact cardio workout designed to get your heart pumping and your body moving. Warm up, keep it moving for 20 minutes or so, then enjoy a cool down and a prayer together before going back to the daily grind.
