Classes start September 15, 2025
There are no classes November 24-28, December 14 – January 1. We do NOT have a spring break week this year.
Costume Money is due October 9. Late payments will be charged a $25 late fee. If payment is not in by October 9, we will not order the costume, and you run the risk of not being able to participate in the recital. Please know recital participation is OPTIONAL.
Recital week is the week of April 5th at Kaukauna high school. We will have 3 different showcases this year for our recital week. Intro level dancers have ONE performance. Beginning & Intermediate level dancers have TWO performances. Advanced level dancers have THREE performances.
Showcase A = ALL Intro Level classes, all advanced level classes AND possibly some senior solos
Showcase B = ALL MORNING classes (minus Intro level classes) AND some senior solos
Showcase C = ALL EVENING classes (minus Intro level classes) AND some senior solos
THIS IS DIFFERENT, so please take note of this change.
Rehearsals:
April 6 @ 5:00 PM – Showcase B
April 7 @ 5:00 PM – Showcase C
April 9 @ 5:30 PM – Showcase A (minus the advanced classes)
Recitals:
Friday, April 10 @ 6 PM – Showcase B = ~2.5 hours
Saturday, April 11 @ 10 AM – Showcase A = ~1.5 hours
Saturday, April 11 @ 1:30 PM – Showcase B = ~2.5 hours
Saturday, April 11 @ 6 PM – Showcase C = ~2.5 hours
Sunday, April 12 @ 2 PM – Showcase C = ~2.5 hours
Picture week is the week of February 9, 2026.
Fitness, Theater, Choir, Piano, Story Time, Big & Little, Music & Movement AND all Art classes and any other NON RECITAL class do not meet during picture week.
Cost for each class is listed on the schedule under the class number.
Registrations received after September 1st, 2025 are increased by $25 per class.
PAYMENT INFORMATION:
*Upon registering for all classes, you must pay a NON REFUNDABLE DOWN PAYMENT of $25 PER CLASS (this includes all payment plans too). This amount will deducted from the total class cost.
*If you pay IN FULL at the time of registration, you will receive $25 off PER CLASS.
*Through September 30, if you drop, you will receive a full refund, minus the $25 down payment.
*From October 1 – October 31, if you drop, you will receive 50% back of the class total.
*Starting November 1, there will be no refunds for dropped classes.
*For any changes made to your child’s classes AFTER you register, there will be a $25 fee. Example: If you switch from a Monday class to a Thursday class, we would charge $25 for this change. If you add a class after your initial registration, we would charge $25 for this change. If there is a change in class level, because the teacher feels a different level would be a better fit for your child, there will NOT be a charge for that change.
*If you were on a payment plan, the card on file will be charged for the amount not paid.
*If you cancel your card, and we cannot collect payment, you will not be able to return to our studio for future classes.
*If we have scholarships to hand out this year, they will be awarded on July 1st, 2025.
