Dates: February 9-13
Your child’s class will have pictures taken by VanDenBerg Studios during their NORMAL CLASS TIME. (Please expect for them to stay the entire class time.) Dance classes will meet in their normal room (unless they normally meet in studio E, then talk to your teacher about where to meet).
They will run through their dance AND get pictures. Please know we WILL invite families in to watch dances this week, but the times will all be To be determined, based on when each class is getting pictures taken.
- Group & individual pictures will be taken.
- Child needs to come in costume with hair done.
- Picture participation is OPTIONAL.
Non-Recital Classes
Fitness, Theater, Choir, Piano, Story Time, Big & Little, Music & Movement AND all Art classes and any other NON RECITAL class do not meet during picture week. Students in these classes are welcome to come during their normal class time to get their photo taken.
Sibling & Friend Pictures
We do allow siblings/friends to get pictures taken IF ALL THE SIBLINGS/FRIENDS ARE STUDENTS IN A RECITAL OR NON RECITAL CLASS. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE.
We will do our best to accommodate your request for sibling photos, but they are not guaranteed based on time constraints. Class photos will take priority to keep classes flowing during their designated class times. While you can request sibling photos the day of class, those who signed up ahead of time will be given priority.

Friend pictures will be taken as requested (if time permits) and must be consented to by the parents of all involved students. Please inform your instructor of any sibling or friend pictures at the beginning of class time to give us a better chance of capturing those images.
Pictures will be posted to a password protected online gallery and you can choose to purchase them at that time. Watch for details approximately a week after picture week.
